If you do not have a unit for 12 guests, it will propose 2 or 3 units in the same location to accommodate that group.
Auto-detect the language to use based on the phone country code in the inquiry. Without phone, the default language is English. Currently we can handle German, Russian, Czech and 5 other languages!
A keyword like “parking” in an inquiry comment will trigger the display of a link to any page you want – like a page with parking advice on your website. You know those keywords that keep coming back… How can we transfer from the airport? Where can we park? And so on… Smart Responder is able to display links or paragraphs with the answer to those Frequently Asked Questions so your customer’s questions are answered immediately.
If the inquiry is for 6 nights and the unit is available for 5 nights mention the available dates – in the hope the potential customer will at least be happy to reserve these, plus maybe another of our units, or change his stay dates
